Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders over $85
White Magic offers free delivery New Zealand wide for purchases over $85 in one transaction. For orders under $85, we charge shipping fee $17.5. However, if a “bulky good” is purchased a “bulky good surcharge” is applied regardless of the value of the transaction.
Shipping Methods
All orders will be shipped via MainFreight and Post Haste. Please note that a signature might be required upon delivery

Auckland 4-7 business days
Rest of North Island 5-9 business days
South Island 6-10 business days
Multiple shipments
All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact White Magic on salesnz@whitemagic.biz. 0800448160 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.
Stock availability
Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website. If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.
Authority to leave
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. White Magic are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises. White Magic takes no responsibly for goods left at an unattended site.
