Extremely disappointed – terrible new design! I have used this Professional Spin Mop for years and have always been happy with it, but the new design of the mop head is absolutely terrible. The little white plastic clips that are supposed to hold the mop head securely to the handle simply break off during normal use. Once even one of these clips breaks, the mop head no longer stays attached to the handle and the whole thing becomes virtually useless. And to make matters worse, one mop head lasted me barely a month! This is not what I expect from a product that is supposed to be “professional” quality. Why change something that worked perfectly well? The previous design was reliable and durable, whereas this new design feels cheap and poorly engineered. These clips are clearly not strong enough to withstand ordinary mopping. Very, very disappointed. I have now had to replace the mop head after only a month, and I certainly won't be recommending this product if this is the quality we can expect from the new design. Please bring back the old design or fix this ridiculous clip system!
